Here are AM1370 WFEA’s on-air contest rules. Winners must be at least 18 years old and live or work in the station’s New Hampshire listening area. All prizes must be claimed within 30 business days of winning, or prior to expiration date. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash. Winners must present positive legal identification and then sign a release form. Prizes not claimed within the specified time period will be forfeited. By playing the contests, you have awarded WFEA the right to publicize your name, likeness, voice and details of winning through broadcast or other means of publicity. All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner. WFEA assumes no responsibility for any problems with telephone service, Internet, texting, US mail, or email. Only one winner per household per 90 days. Any prizes awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of Saga Communications of New England, LLC, or its parent and their families, advertising, agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors and principals and employees of all media communication within a one hundred mile radius of WFEA’s main studio are not eligible to win contests.
